KW Consignment Inc. is an exclusive designer consignment boutique specializing in high-end designer fashions such as clothing, jewelry, handbags, accessories, shoes, outerwear, one-of-a-kind finds, furniture and home décor!

How does it work?
Step One: Go through your items
Selling items at KW Consignment Inc. is a simple and effective way to declutter your closet or home and get rid of expensive items. 
Step Two: Schedule an appointment
Consultation appointments must be scheduled at least 1 day in advance. When you arrive, we will go through your items and select what we believe will sell. Our inventory system records and tracks the items. Once itemized, you will receive a link to login into your consignor portal.  All pricing is set by management.
Step Three: Request your Funds
You can check the status of your items by signing into your portal. Please be aware that due to the large number of consigners we have, we do not contact you when your items sell. It is your responsibility to keep track of your account's status. When you're satisfied with the number of sales you've made, you can contact us to issue payment via e-transfer which is processed within 1-3 business days. 
All items must be in good condition. All luxury items must be authentic and are subject to authentication. Original receipts, dust bags, booklets/cards, boxes and/or packaging, and so on are appreciated and can help the item sell faster and for a higher price.
  • Clothing should be hung on hangers (to be returned) or folded neatly in a laundry basket or tote-style container. Please do not bring in garbage or plastic bags.
  • Clothing should be freshly laundered, odor and wrinkle-free.
  • Labels are required on all items. Leave tags on new items because they may sell for a higher price.
  • All fasteners and zippers must be in working order. There are no missing or damaged buttons.
  • There are no holes, stains, tears, scuffs, fading pet hair, lint, matting, or pilling on this item.
  • Handbags must be clean on the inside and outside.
Please inspect one last time before visiting the boutique. 
Please keep in mind that we do not accept lingerie, underwear, maternity, children's wear, 'fast fashion,' or most mall brands. We are extremely picky and reserve the right to refuse any item at any time.
Please note: We do participate in online auctions and items are subject to be sold via auction as per the contract, if the items have not sold online through our website after a period of time. You will be contacted if this occurs.

Consignment FAQ

Length of Consignment

It is the consignor's responsibility to collect any unpaid accounts before one year from the start date of the consignment.
KW Consignment Inc. will normally continue to sell the items until 90 days after the date of consignment, at which point the consigned items become the sole property of KW Consignment unless otherwise collected.
If the consignor has not personally collected the item from KW Consignment Inc. within 91 days, the consignor forfeits any claim to ownership of the consigned item.

Payment(s)

Please email us to request an e-transfer. You should have accumulated at least $50.00 dollars in sales before requesting a transfer. Please note that it can take 1-3 business day to send.

Authenticity

All luxury goods MUST BE 100% authentic and are subject to authentication. Consignor certifies that all agreed-upon items are genuine and that they have not knowingly requested the resale of counterfeit goods. Items deemed to be counterfeit will either be returned to the consignor for a $100 authentication and shipping fee, or they will be discarded. Any future transactions with the Consignor will be cancelled indefinitely.

Shipping

Consignor is responsible for delivery or shipping of the agreed upon item/s to KW Consignment Inc. in good, clean condition otherwise it will be returned to the Consignor at Consignor’s expense.

Returning Items

You may request to have your item(s) returned. However, we do require notice (48 hours) be given to provide us with time to remove details from website etc. and gather for return. Items requested to be returned before 45 days have passed from the start date of the consignment are subject to 10% of the consignment fee.

Theft and Liability

While we will do our best to safeguard your items, KW Consignments assumes no liability for stolen or damaged item(s).
