Authenticity
All luxury goods MUST BE 100% authentic and are subject to authentication. Consignor certifies that all agreed-upon items are genuine and that they have not knowingly requested the resale of counterfeit goods.
Returning Items
All purchases are FINAL SALE. Before completing your purchase, please carefully review the item’s description and photos for details on overall condition. If you need additional information or photos, please email us or call the store during business hours—we’re happy to help.
If an item arrives damaged, customers may send us photos of the damaged package and product. We will assist by submitting a claim to the shipping carrier on customer's behalf. Please note that refunds are not guaranteed, as they depend on the carrier’s claim process.
Shipping (Canada)
Orders over $500 CAD may be eligible for free shipping. We ship through multiple carriers, with FedEx, Canpar, and UPS being the most common. Shipping and handling costs will be added to your order total.
All shipments are securely packed based on product needs. We ship on business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or legal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Please allow 1–3 business days for handling and 7–10 business days for delivery on standard shipments.
Shipping (International)
Shipping costs for international destinations are not accurate on the website. After your order is placed, you will be contacted to arrange payment of the remaining shipping costs. Please contact us if you would like a shipping quote before making a purchase. For more information on duty and tax, please consult the customs legislation in your country of residence. KW Consignment Inc. is not liable for any additional duties or taxes incurred as a result of international purchases.

*In store payments can be made via debit, Visa, MasterCard and cash.
*Online payments can be made via Visa, MasterCard, or PayPal. Orders placed using a credit card must ship to the credit card holder's billing address only.

Auction FAQ
"May Have Won"
After the auction if an lot states "May Have Won", it means that you currently have the highest bid, however, that does not mean the bid has meet the seller's/consignor's reserve price on the item, thus the item is not sold to you. If your bid is close to the reserve, we will contact to the seller/consignor to see if you are willing to accept your offer, if an agreement is reached, we will send you the invoice and notfiy you with the next step.
Reserve Price
Reserve price is a minimum price that the seller/consignor that is willing to sell for an item. If the bidder does't reach this price, the seller has the option to cancel the auction and decline the highest bid, meaning the item won't be sold. The reserve prcie is typically kept secret from the bidder, it helps protect the seller/consignor from selling an item for less that they are willing to accept.
For example, if the item has a reserve price of $100, and the highest bid at the end of the auction is $90, the seller/consignor isn't obligated to sell the item.
Shipping & Handling
Our shipping and handling costs are calculated based on several factors, including the weight and dimensions of your order, the shipping method chosen, and the delivery destination. These costs cover packaging materials, labor, and carrier fees to ensure your order is securely packed and delivered on time. If you purchase multiple items, we will do our best to combine them into one package whenever possible to reduce shipping costs. We always choose the most cost-effective and reliable shipping option to provide you with the best rate.
Consignment FAQ
Length of Consignment
It is the consigner's responsibility to collect any unpaid accounts before one year from the start date of the consignment. KW Consignment Inc. will normally continue to sell the items until 90 days after the date of consignment, at which point the consigned items become the sole property of KW Consignment unless otherwise collected. If the consignor has not personally collected the item from KW Consignment Inc. within 91 days, the consignor forfeits any claim to ownership of the consigned item.
Payment(s)
Please email us to request an e-transfer. You should have accumulated a least $50.00 dollars in sales before requested a transfer. Please note that it can take 1-3 business days to send.
Authenticity
All luxury goods MUST BE 100% authentic and are subject to authentication. Consignor certifies that all agreed-upon items are genuine and that they have not knowingly requested the resale of counterfeit goods. Items deemed to be counterfeit will either be returned to the consignor for a $100 authentication and shipping fee, or they will be discarded. Any future transactions with the Consignor will be cancelled indefinitely.
Shipping
Consignor is responsible for delivery or shipping of the agreed upon item/s to KW Consignment Inc. in good, clean condition otherwise it will be returned to the Consignor at Consignor’s expense.
Returning Items
You may request to have your item(s) returned. However, we do require notice (48 hours) be given to provide us with time to remove details from website etc. and gather for return. Items requested to be returned before 45 days have passed from the start date of the consignment are subject to 10% of the consignment fee.
Theft and Liability
While we will do our best to safeguard your items, KW Consignments assumes no liability for stolen or damaged item(s).
