Shipping & Return Policy

Online purchases are usually shipped from our showroom within 3-5 business days. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  All sales are  As is and Final. 

IN-STORE PICKUP

Choose the Pick up option during checkout for FREE local pick up at our store in Waterloo, Ontario. Items are usually ready within 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification when you're item is ready for pickup.

"Please note that shipping costs for larger, heavier items (including furniture) may not be accurately calculated at checkout. We will review and adjust the cost if necessary and will contact you to discuss any changes before finalizing the shipment."
