Shipping Rates (Canada & United States)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on estimated size, weight, and destination.
While we strive to provide accurate shipping costs upfront, all rates are subject to final carrier adjustments after shipment.
We are happy to combine multiple purchases where possible — please contact us prior to payment for bundling.
Carrier Adjustments & Additional Shipping Fees (IMPORTANT)
Shipping carriers may apply additional charges after your order has been shipped, including but not limited to:
- Fuel surcharges
- Dimensional weight adjustments
- Oversize or handling fees
- Address correction fees
- Rural or extended area surcharges
These charges are determined by the carrier, not by KW Consignment Inc.
👉 By completing your purchase, you agree to be responsible for any additional shipping charges billed after shipment.
If additional charges are incurred:
- An invoice will be sent to the email on file
- Payment is due upon receipt
- Orders with unpaid balances may be subject to account restrictions or future order refusal

Orders are typically ready within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email when your order is ready.
Pickup Hours:
Monday–Friday: 11:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Shipping to the United States
We ship to the United States. Rates are calculated at checkout.
Duties, Tariffs & Import Charges
Due to changing trade conditions between Canada and the United States, shipments may be subject to:
- Import duties
- Tariffs
- Customs fees
- Applicable taxes
👉 These charges are NOT included in your order total.
👉 The customer is fully responsible for all import-related costs.
KW Consignment Inc. does not control or estimate these charges.
Customs & Delivery Delays
International shipments may be delayed due to customs processing.
- Delivery timelines are not guaranteed
- KW Consignment Inc. is not responsible for customs delays or holds
- Refused shipments due to unpaid duties/tariffs are non-refundable
Oversized & Fragile Items
Some items (furniture, large décor, fragile pieces) may:
- Require manual shipping quotes
- Be ineligible for standard shipping
- Be pickup only
If needed, we will contact you after purchase with options.
Order Tracking
Tracking details will be emailed once your order ships. Please allow up to 48 hours for updates to appear.
If your order has not arrived within 7 days of shipment confirmation, contact:

Shipping Liability
Once an order has been handed to the carrier:
- KW Consignment Inc. is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or carrier errors
- All risk transfers to the shipping carrier
Damage claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours at:

Final Sale Policy
All items are pre-owned (unless otherwise stated) and sold “as is.”
- Wear consistent with age and use should be expected
- All notable flaws are disclosed to the best of our ability
- By completing your purchase, you agree to be responsible for any additional shipping charges billed after shipment.
