Signed “Thory Canada” Inuit-Style Hunter with Harpoon Sculpture

A distinctive Canadian carved sculpture depicting a kneeling hunter dressed in a hooded parka and holding a raised removable harpoon. The figure is rendered in mottled cream, grey and brown stone with finely incised facial features and decorative edging along the clothing.

The underside is hand-marked “THORY CANADA” with additional numerals or markings. The carving has a substantial, sculptural presence despite its compact dimensions and displays attractive natural variations throughout the stone. Hunting figures and scenes are long-established subjects within Inuit carving traditions, although the visible “Thory Canada” marking could not be independently verified as belonging to a documented Inuit artist.

Shipping Charges

$10 for bubble mailers, $15 for box packing, $20 for large boxes or fragile items that require extra care and time.
